I just want to know is it illegal to exercise your first amendment right in the Townhall?

Been going here for years and although the ladies inside are very nice. It's always at least a half hour to even get in the building. Just a simple registration takes forever there.

Since Covid regulations are over and new staff has been trained, the few times I have been in has been quick and pleasant. I do wish they had at least one evening a week where the clerk was open late so people that work have an easier time to get in.
