I wanted to brag on Caitlin Foster. She did a great job in my dealing with the Court recently. Keep up the good work!

I had to call and locate a death record that no one had been able to find. The lady I spoke with was incredibly nice and helpful. I am so glad that after months of hitting brick walls, I was able to get some answers.

Everyone was helpful and very nice. I was skeptical on every horror I've heard on this side of town but I'm happy I made the choice to move forward and get settled! Everyone here so uplifting in positiveness and good vibes!!!

Absolutely ridiculous. Received a ticket I want to fight in court. However the court date is scheduled for a date I will be out of the country. To cancel this trip I’ll lose thousands of dollars. I called to get a courtesy continuance. I was told this court only gives you a continuance in person. Was then told I could file a motion before the court to get a continuance. Ok so how do you do that. Well you hire an attorney. Said we don’t give legal advice but we will give you the name of attorneys. Nah that doesn’t reek of a backwoods kickback system. Not at all. I was even willing to pay the fine as a deposit/bail to show I’ll be in court to fight it at a later date. Nope can’t do that either. I shouldn’t have to hire an attorney for a simple traffic ticket. I should with proof be granted a simple continuance. Every other court in the land grants them as a courtesy. Especially with proof I won’t be in the country. What a joke of a justice system oh I’m sorry that’s not true. Awesome revenue generator for this county. Amazingly enough the judge is unavailable and is never available to take calls from the peasants he/she allegedly serves.

They have certificate offices closed for traffic court, while they have every single employee in the building. This is an extremely inefficient way to run government buildings. I live here, pay taxes here, and should be able to go to an office to get a copy of something without government employees being rude. Government should be efficient. This is not.
