Got told one price for 2 year taxes owed. Told they would be higher the upcoming Monday. Went in on Friday to pay the price we got told and it was 40 bucks higher. No use trying to tell them they messed up

The Butler County Clerk’s Office had a great team—until recently. They’ve now hired the rudest, most unprofessional, and least qualified candidate they could have chosen. My experience with Ms. Kayleigh Schalk has been nothing short of terrible. She carries herself with an air of entitlement, likely because her father is Eric Schalk—the only reason she landed the job in the first place. And frankly, Eric’s reputation isn’t much to brag about either. I certainly wouldn’t want to be stuck in an elevator with him. Good luck, BCCO—you’re going to need it.
