Some of the worst customer service I have ever received. The woman at the front before you speak to the ladies at the front desk was very hospitable. The lady at window 1 was very cold and uninviting. Didn’t explain anything nor did she look at me while speaking to me when she was asking me questions. Very short and rolled her eyes when I gave her answers. Their job is to help those in need, not belittle or disrespect them because they’re having a bad morning. If that’s the case, choose another profession.

Dana exceeded my expectations! She went above and beyond service! Customer service is a thing of the past but not in this office. Everyone in vital records was so nice and deserves a raise! I wasn’t feeling good but as soon as I walked in I felt welcomed, appreciated, and seen. So happy I came to Chatham county vital records because I wouldn’t have received such excellent service from them as I have had today. Thank you ladies so much!

Hi, I must admit, I dreaded the task before me but the entire, experience was so refreshing! I mean this, was from the front door to the parking lot. There is one particular employee I'd like to acknowledge, who I call, Ms. Monique! This lady was more patient with me than I was with myself! She actually, help me brainstorm from scratch and she, delivered. Not only did she deliver the items I needed but she delivered her time and compassion! I just thought I'd remind others there are people who care and she's one of them! Thank you, for your help."Ms. Monique"...and others.

The phone service , after calling 5+ times, was great. The ladies were very helpful. Not much personality in person but not rude either. DO NOT SCHEDULE a pap with the male nurse. I was just very uncomfortable, like VERY! I will make sure to ask for a female nurse when booking in a few years. I honestly was hoping for an actual doctor.

my interaction with Vallorie by phone was disappointing. She was very brief, dismissive, and came across as rude during our conversation. Given the nature of the services provided, a more professional and patient approach to communicating with patients and referral sources would be appreciated. It may also be beneficial to ensure staff are fully informed about the services and referral processes offered by DPH so that accurate information can be provided to callers seeking assistance.
