I was at the County Clerk office as a visitor. The guard was more interested with his phone and headphones that he could even be bothered to greet me. I had to reach for my basket of personal items after walking thru metal detector. The girl who helped me never spoke a word or even looked at me. She was irritated that I interrupted her scrolling on her cellphone while on City/County time.
