Helped me with copies of my daughters birth certificate in record time - as long as you have the documents they need (do a quick google search to double check before you make the drive) they are pleasant, fast, efficient. Quick/Great experience.

I’m sure they are nice people - until you don’t go along with all the vaccines they want you to get. Came to get a few select vaccines that I needed as an adult, paid for with private insurance. I am not the type to over vaccinate, and was quickly met with a fast talking, overbearing Nurse who wanted me to get additional vaccines I did not ask for, nor did I need according to the CDC. She lied and told me it was “required” and then when presented with actual facts, changed that to “recommended” and was very rude about it. Maybe just be happy I came in to get any vaccinations, instead of being totally unprofessional and rude when I didn’t go along with your plan. As an adult patient, I have the right to say no without the attitude.

Lady at the front desk was rude. I was under the impression that my appointment was at 10:30. She rudely informed me that it was at 10:15 and said even then I would've been too late to be seen. I was in the door of the office on time but had trouble finding my id and wasn't able to check in within the 5 minute grace period. She was just flat out rude and impatient.

Excellent place to get basic medical needs like regular flu shots, immunization shots and so much more in terms of medical requirements. Employees including nurses are very kind and helpful. I have been going there for very long time. Good facility serving the medical needs of Columbia community. Thanks.

The staff is friendly but there are alot of ways they could improve how they help. One way is to help their staff to know their jobs better. I went to apply for something (personal) and the front desk assistant didnt know who to put me in touch with. When another worker came up, she was a little more helpful and at least knew what department i needed. So the worker they sent out to help me didnt know how to help me and gave me the card of another worker who couldnt help. So she transfered me to her boss who was able to help, but when I went into the department she informed me that I still needed to deal with the Jeff City Health Department to get the resources I initially asked for. Mind you, I had called them 3 weeks prior and told them what I needed and they referred me here.
