I think the doctors here are amazing and so helpful. But there is a specific nurse that I literally cannot even deal with. She's mean and completely rude and I think she literally needs to not be in a social setting dealing with people. Other people like her but us that need serious help don't feel comfortable enough to get it because of this issue. I will most definitely be doing something about this issue!

This was my first and last time ever dealing with this facility. I was concerned about starting this new medication, but started in on Friday like the doctor with Mayo Clinic told me to. I have developed the most painful rash and I was worried that it was the medication. My nurse practitioners name was Spencer. Very odd personality. He began our visit with telling me that he will be moving to Austin Texas in one month and that each of his checks would be $1000 more every month. I told him I was from Texas and that I was happy for him. I began with the issues that brought me there and Spencer had the audacity to tell a 44 year-old healthy woman that never has worn diapers (except when I was an infant)I has diaper rash. LOL! Spence never even did an examination and I think he saw the look of horror on my face when I told him I’ve never even worn Maxi pads! He was in such a hurry to get out of there that gratefully my phone rang and he said he was gonna grab the paperwork on how to get better. My actual doctor from Mayo clinic was waiting on the other line when Spencer went through my diagnosis. My doctor with Mayo clinic was shocked, to say the least, and told me to ignore that this is one of the major side effects of starting this prescription and to immediately stop taking it. If I would’ve actually listened to Spencer‘s advise I would have gotten very sick. The lesson I I’ve learned is don’t just go to the hospital because it’s the closest by. Wait to hear from your primary caregivers and somebody needs to the educate young Mr. Spencer. Lord have mercy!!!
