I'll drive over an hour to go to this clinic for my annual exams and routine testing because they do a wonderful job at informing you about everything from the testing and procedures to the billing process (with sliding fee scale). Audrey is really nice and I've never felt more comfortable as a patient. I wish other clinics would follow suit.

I just want to thank the staff at the WIC office for going the extra mile!! I left a bad situation in California with my son and was only able to bring one suitcase with me. they made sure to fit me in the same day I arrived back to Fargo, even when there was no appointment available so I could make sure to have enough formula for my son over the weekend. They also went out of their way to reach out to organizations to help me get warm clothes for him. I can’t even begin describe how wonderful they have been. I am very grateful for all they do! ❤️

The old lady with the short hair behind the desk at the entrance is very rude and mean. Never have I dealt with such a bitter and mean person before when I simple stated I was here for a vaccination. It was my first time at the facility and figured the front desk was where I could check in. Boy was I wrong and she sure made sure I knew it. Be a better person lady.

I haven't felt that violated in so many years. I, respectfully, declined their masks due to personal reasons that I need not explain to anyone; especially after over two years of this nonsense. I had my blood and urine taken no issue with no mask. NP Audrey waited until she had me naked to say she refused to help me thinking that would make me submit since I was already naked; she was wrong. She held an already contaminated mask stating she needed to "check CDC policy" or I could just do as she said, "no arguing." That disgusting smirk she held thinking she had me trapped. It's been well over 24 hours since my experience and I'm still dealing with triggers due to my trauma. I am so proud of myself so far for how I've been able to handle their misconduct and my memories. Thanks to Audrey I've cancelled all further appointments I had for any future treatments I may NEED elsewhere. They're not about wellness and patient care in my experience. They couldn't even care more to attempt to resolve the issues themselves, they expected me to tell them what to do. How am I supposed to do that, Vanessa or Veronica, some V name manager that confirmed I was NEVER rude, when I can't even feel safe getting treatment? I will never recommend any one to come here especially if their own nurse practitioners and doctors don't understand the simplest concepts of cross contamination. Edit: No one from public health attempted to make things right or better. I was finally seen by a team of wonderful CARE GIVERS and they did find something that was concerning hence for my appointment. As the management team at Public Health asked me to assess their ability to do better...USE more than 5% of the brain capacity the Universe has given us and DO BETTER for every patient who walks into your facility. Please and thank you!

The WIC office staff are very rude. Came to them with 2 days to my scheduled C-Section because I’m just now going through a divorce. They were very clearly not busy at the time, but they couldn’t be bothered to help me because I didn’t have an appointment. They do not have an appointment for me before my baby will be here, and insist on seeing the baby and I for an appointment before I can register. I do not believe in bringing my infant out of the house before a month because of their undeveloped immune system. Instead of offering me any real solution, they gave me a card with the number for the emergency food pantry. The people who work here are clearly just there for the paycheck and won’t work any harder than they absolutely have to. This is the wrong place to be working if you’re only here for a check because this is a last resort for women. People don’t show up to register for WIC when things are going right in their life, so a little compassion goes a long way.
