Kim Wilson is unprofessional and uncouth! She needs to be investigated for racism and discrimination.

I only give 1 star because there is not an option to give zero stars. Completely unprofessional activity. As if probate isn't stressful enough, the telephone staff is treating people like they have no business inquiring. A great deal of nepotism in this office. Our probate case has been in stall mode for 6 months. The assigned administrator who is an attorney has put us on silent. A great deal of questionable activity has occurred on this file. When one of the beneficiaries called to inquire into the status of the file and the administrator, they were met with hang ups of the telephone and or answers that appear to be stall tactics. It also seemed the personnel was agitated that there was even an inquiry. I am uncertain what is going on in that office, but attention is needed to ensure people are not being treated adversely. We deserve answers and a closure to the case.

Walked in, filled out my paperwork and stood in front of the counters waiting on the one employee to address me. No one but me and her in the area. She pretended not to see me until I assumed she was busy, so I took a seat. Minutes passed. A man walks in the door and up to her window and she wakes up from her stupor and begins doing her job. I had to wait for another employee to show up to handle my paperwork. Lame.
