I just decided to look up reviews for this place and funny enough the lady everybody is talking about is indeed miserable and awful to deal with. They must be short staffed because she has been awful for years. I dread getting stuck with her whenever I need to do something at town hall. Whoever is a manager needs to just fire her. My gf says the same thing about the young women in her 20s curly brunette. Seriously why is she always so stoic and unhappy every time I go in. I thought it was just me she had a problem with, but she truly needs to get in another job.

I wish I would have gotten the name of the women who was behind the counter today. I was there yesterday and the woman's name was Robin, she was WONDERFUL! So kind and so helpful. Today I went in and the women who was there was rude for absolutely no reason. She was also kind of rude to the man before us. Her tone was awful. I can totally except that we were missing a document, that is on us. Her delivery was not nice. I guess my point is... you never know what people are going through and a little kindness goes a long way. Her attitude set the tone of the experience and she needs to work on that.

Went in today to get a marriage license. The clerk with curly brown hair was unpleasant from the beginning. She claimed that the system for marriage licenses was down earlier in the day but was back up. She said she wasn't even going to try to put in the information because "marriage licenses take a really long time" and she didn't trust her computer would save the information. We are not NH residents and took the day off work to get this done. She had a nasty attitude through the whole encounter and obviously did not want to deal with us. Very disappointed.

This was the worst experience I had renewing my registration. Even though I have a real id that was not a valid proof of address. Proof of address Merrimack required is the same as what I needed for a real ID….Feels like the red head heavy set lady just didn’t want to help me. because she also said my title was voided. I went to the financial institute and got proof of a valid title and she wouldn’t even accept that because she didn’t like the wording. This place definitely judged me by my appearance. So I had to go back and forth 4 times to get what was needed to get my renewed New Hampshire registered (lived in the state for five years). The original clerk (The red head heavy set lady) was useless and I kept getting her until the last time I went back. The lady next to her got everything done and got me my renewed registration with the same original letter and just my license as a proof of residency. I hope I never have to deal with the first person ever again. I will let everyone cut me in line in order to avoid her. The original lady thought I was trying to commit fraud even though I have a real ID and it’s not my fault the title bureau never reached out to dcu for my proof of title and just said I never had a valid title. Smh punish the person who is trying to do the right thing, when they have no control over the title because they are still paying off the truck. Wasted my entire day to get something that should only take ten min.

I went in to register my vehicle today, I brought valid forms of proof and insurance/ paperwork. I was called up by a woman with a black nose ring and curly brown hair. She was immediately very rude. It made me very flustered because this is my first time registering a new car on my own. I showed her proof of residency and she said "it can't just be something random". Even though they were legal documents with my address, alongside a bill addressed to my house. She rolled her eyes at me and scoffed and didn't offer any reason as to why it wasn't valid. I ended up just getting embarrassed and leaving to find some ""REAL"" proof of residency. This is extremely unprofessional and rude, and it just leaves a bad taste in my mouth as a resident of this town. Feels like she just didn't want to do her job today.
