A beautiful old court house that still has it's stunning fire places and wood work that stirs memories of a time of pride in craftsmanship.

Built in 1907, this Neoclassical Revival style structure is the third county courthouse to be constructed since the first wooden one was built in 1813. (The county was formed in 1793) In 1992, renovations were completed, although many original 1900s features were retained. There are some interesting artifacts on display in the lobby.
