    In this office! I experienced the worst act of xenophobia of my life. The barrier wasn't language or the glass, as the dark-skinned person who treated me worse than you could treat a disgusting animal excused themselves. Their barrier is simply the hatred and racism they feel towards Hispanics. I am Venezuelan, a professional in my country, a lawyer with three postgraduate degrees and a doctorate! And I am proud of myself for being more educated than her and many others, even though I don't speak English.

    To: Karen Martinez If you sincerely feel this way then perhaps you should opt for a personal physician who can treat you accordingly. There are plenty of private doctor's out there who are accepting patients. I highly doubt that this facility is only serving patients and providing preferential treatment that is dependent upon one's race.
