I am from out of state visiting for a month and I called to schedule my childs one year old immunization appointment. I previously saw my Pediatrician before leaving to see if we could vaccinate before we left. Children cannot receive these immunizations unless they are exactly one year old. My Ped told me I could look for a health clinic here to get her immunized. The receptionist here in Sidney told me I’d have to wait until November 6th for the flu vaccine to come in due to back order. No problem! I then proceeded to ask about the other vaccines children receive at age 1, besides the flu shot. She then told me my records would look messy from having them done in two states. I said I could pay out of pocket due to us being on Medicaid in our state. She told me the city would have to “eat it up” and that we’d have no charge. She said to wait the 3 weeks until we go back to get them done and mentioned some kids don’t get vaccinated until preschool or kindergarten so 3 weeks isn’t long. Throughly disappointing and unprofessional! I will be driving else where this week 👍🏼

Everyone was so helpful, and focused on giving great care and service. The front desk staff and nursing staff are just the bee's knees.
