I went to them to transfer assets of property into a revocable trust and the first worker didn’t greet me after I walked in. After I asked her for what I needed she got up from her seat a walked to the back by not saying anything. Then walks out another dark haired woman that sat in front of me. She didn’t greet me either. Both women were not friendly. I said again what I needed, she then answered that she would do a quit claim. Now I know I had all my documents that was needed to do the trust. She didn’t even look at the trust documents she pushed them to the side and disregarded them all together. She proceeded to tell me that it would cost me $36 to file a quit claim deed. She just changed the name on it and filed it. Never doing what I had originally asked. This experience was horrible. I called back the next day and spoke to that same woman. The conversation with her was not pleasant. She knew who I was and proceeded to tell me how the papers I brought her had to be returned by noon that day, to correct what she messed up, not knowing I drove 2-1/2 hours to get there. Then she continued to say that I would have do the process all over again and pay again. WTH is going on there or is it some underlying discrimination.
