The staff here were all super super nice and helpful. The nurse who looked at my vaccine records in particular, I think her name was Marlo or Marlon, was SO sweet. She walked me through everything and gave me super helpful advice for my travel. She really went above and beyond and was so kind the entire time. I don’t normally leave reviews but she was so nice and helpful I simply had to.

I told them I needed a vaccine for my mission to Mexico. The nurse helping me started telling me some things about Mexico and I thought she was just being nice. Turns out they charge a non-negotiable $50 travel consultation fee just to give you some health tips on the place you’re traveling to. She never mentioned this to me and they were deceptive. I will not be coming back. Terrible!

I emailed them a week earlier, and when I got there 30 minutes early, they opened up to take care of me. I was in and out in under ten minutes, with my documents in hand. Best service ever at any government office!

They charge a $52 dollar fee to get travel advice. I asked if I needed to pay it if I don’t want the advice. I told them that we already knew what we needed, but they said that because we are getting a “travel vaccine”, that we have to pay for the advice. Ridiculous. Not only do we need to pay taxes to keep this place open, we also have to pay a fee for advice that we don’t need.

Very (unexpected) pleasant experience. Going to public buildings for anything these days usually ends up being a negative experience. We went for my wife’s immigration required vaccinations. It was very prompt processing and then only about a 5 minute wait for the actual vaccines. The nurse going over paperwork was very knowledgeable and helped my wife not take more vaccines than she needed. One of the most pleasant visits to a public health building
