Refuse to believe that they are in the wrong and when are confronted about it, they take no accountability and try to place blame on others. We understand that there are multiple parties involved, but repeatedly saying wrong information and not accepting corrections is unprofessional. If you cannot tell the difference between someone restating information sternly due to having to repeat themselves so MANY times because you keep saying wrong “facts” and being yelled at then you don’t need to be talking to people outside of face to face interactions.
