The worst customer service ever. They should not represent the government. I tried to explain my concern and they tried not to listen.

Horrible customer service from Tanza. She was rude and repeatedly interrupted me when I tried to get clarification on a few things.

Not helpful, young staff, located in the smallest area of a huge courthouse

Worth County is not horrible, but that fact that a police officer informed me that he might arrest me for criminal trespassing for trying to retrieve a stolen Uhaul tow dolly out of someones yard (field manager for uhaul i went and got the equipment identifier off the dolly) kinda frightens me, and earlier that day they told me that since someone scraped the numbers off the dolly (and still a plate welded to the dolly thats says "Property of UHAUL not to be sold" ) that i couldnt retrieve my dolly and they would not help me retrieve my dolly is enabling people to steal from us!!! No more wondering why the crime is so high in the area. The police in worth county are enabling people to steal from us!!!!

I’m extremely pro police! In fact, I was a police officer for five years. So I have a hard time trying to figure out if there is some reason that all of the police officers and city employees here are completely rude for no perceivable reason. You can do your job without being rude to people. These people are the ones who give police officers and government employees a bad name.
