All documents must have correct certification and/or notarization before submitting or we will not be able to process your request. All seals and signatures MUST be originals. We are unable to accept copies unless they are "true certified copies" from a notary public. Please note that birth certificates, marriage certificates, death certificates, divorce decrees and court documents CANNOT be certified by a notary public as "true copies." These documents MUST be certified by the issuing agency. All Requests MUST include: Properly certified and/or notarized document. Apostille/Authentication Request Form - make sure to include the name of the country where the documents will be sent. daytime phone number or email address for possible questions. information on where the documents should be mailed after processing.
