My experience was POOR. I left a message with a nurse named Nancy about rabies on Friday. Had to call back myself on Monday. Nancy said she returned the call. A LIE! I have caller ID. There was no call from her placed to my phone before I called back. SAD. VERY SAD, especially since rabies is a deadly disease. Not the type professional behavior for a government employee to have.

Brought my daughter and myself to get Covid tested and they said it’d take 48 hours for results. It’s now been 4 days. The process was easy, staff was nice, but we’ve waited far too long for the results that technically I do not need anymore as I am positive due to INTENSE symptoms. My daughter may or may not have it though considering she’s a child and could be asymptomatic. It would’ve been nice to hear back from a nurse like they promised.

I work in a foster home and was here with some of our kids. The staff was warm, and the receptionist (Hispanic), Sorry I forgot her name, was SPECTACULAR. In the same way, the nurse Pam was very sweet and patient, REALLY PATIENT. Also, everyone who was involved. Honestly, it's unusual to go to government offices where they treat people well (or at least that's my experience), and here they have a 10/10. From coordinating the appointment, the process, the waiting time, and everything!!!!
