I drove 1 1/2 hours to sit with my family who was attending a hearing. I waited outside the court room (COVID restictions) for 3 hours & was NEVER called in to hear my family members case. I went downstairs to ask about the exact time & was told the case was heard an hour ago & that the ballif was 'good' about calling in the waiting parties. I WAS NEVER CALLED IN.....service hear is awful for those traveling long distance....my entire day was WASTED

Again judge Stein never ceases to amaze me by deny bond on first time failure to appear when in fact it was the courts fault continued prior court date and they mailed new date arrived after the date. But he will give 3x drug offenders bond and others. Can I say conflict of interest. He needs to turn his robe in so he will stop embarrassing alleghany county smh Joke!!!
