I've been having the worst time dealing with Christy in this office. She doesn't listen, she's incredibly rude and for some reason they keep letting her answer the phone. Been working on my felony expungement for 3 months now and everytime the process takes me back to this office I shut down. Christy's lack of willingness to be helpful in anyway is excrutiating, and I know it's just her not doing her job, because the receptionist who answers the phone for the courthouse did what I was asking, i.e. Christy's job, without hesitation or problem. If I could, I would pay money to go about this process without this awful woman involved. UPDATE 11/26/2024 I have never dealt with a group of women so inept at their jobs in all of my 36 years of life. Every woman who works in this office I have dealt with has absolutely zero idea how to do their job. I wouldn't even call them qualified to answer the phone as they do not understand how real interpersonal interactions should be handled. It reflects poorly on our entire county having this many useless people in positions of power that are supposed to help people. All I wanted was the contact info for who I had to speak to in regards to an expungement that didn't go through and the only thing Ms. Bertrand could offer was me bringing in my paperwork so she could see what I'm talking about, even though I told her exactly everything she needed to know to refer me and crickets. Literally a period of extended silence so long I thought she hung up, no help, no guidance, no idea how to do her job. Embarassing and continually upsetting.
