They are so friendly!! They are always open to any questions, and are very understandable. Never had any problems showing up there for any of my appointments.

Sent my husband down today to get our daughter's birth certificate today, they wouldn't let him have it. I had to call down there, and explain to them that I had COVID, but if they weren't willing to accept him, then I'd be on my way. All of a sudden it was good enough for them. Flipping ridiculous the hoops you have to jump through

Just because they picked the call up right away I’ll give them a 5

Might as well put you close at five or 530 on there

The front desk staff there is very rude and unprofessional. They are not helpful at all in the slightest sense. One specifically who has medium length brown hair and look to be in her mid 20's is extremely rude. She gave me nothing but attitude for asking basic questions. I will no longer be coming to the Barry County Health Department for my needs if this is how they treat people within the community. As a Barry County Resident I will be taking my business to Lawrence County Health Department as they are always kind and helpful.
