My experience today was a great one, considering I'm at a clinic for a reason. Every employee involved in my care were exceptional! Professional and thorough.

Called to get clarification on a billing issue, no one informed me of a charge or what the charge would be after trying to get information about temporary medicaid. i was transferred about 5 times before speaking to a cashier that placed me on hold to speak with a supervisor. The cashier was nice enough. The supervisor was very rude & did not apologize once or seemed to understand where I was coming from!!! Certain people should not be in authority!!!

I’m not one who leaves reviews but I had such an unpleasant experience that I had to. The lady ( pretty sure she’s Filipino based on her accent) who answers the phone for appointments and immunization information is very RUDE. She’s very presumptive and condescending in her tone. I’m not surprised I’m not the only one saying the same thing on here. The state is better off hiring someone else who is kinder and more professional.

We needed Yellow Fever vaccines for a trip to Africa. We had an excellent experience from making our appointments to check in, immunization and check out. Thank you for your attentive service.
