Went in on a Monday to get a birth certificate and the whole process took less than 5 minutes. Got the certificates right away. Keep this up!

I have apply for my daughter's birth certificate 2 times to get it mailed to my house and haven't received it yet. And it really sucks because as a working parent it should help to make things easier.

Place is completely garbage. Applied for my babies birth certificate paid to have it mailed to my house over 4 months and have yet to receive anything. Have called over 10 times and left voice mails only to not get called back. We live 1 hour away so driving there with there weird birth certificate hours is literally impossible especially when someone works fulltime. I feel like they are almost holding my child’s birth certificate hostage. I wish I had a job where I only had to deal with people 3 days week and not call anyone back and still get paid. Disgusted with this place.
