Because I was having issues with uploading the proper documents to my Compass account for benefits, I emailed the needed documentation out to the email I was given. Never heard back!!!!! Find out later that I was denied Medical Assistance benefits all because of them missing my household income document which I 100% emailed out to them with plenty of time for them to review!!!!!! The only communication they do is the letters they send in the mail. That is how I found out that I was denied MA benefits. Does anyone even monitor their email?

0 accountability in this office. Next to impossible to reach anyone by phone or voicemail. Been told multiple time to expect a call from a case manager and always have to call the help line to speak to anyone. 0 communication between those two entities most of the information they give is conflicting or made up on the spot so they can brush you off. You have to plan an entire day around going to the office in person and you're still not guaranteed to actually speak with someone who is will and able to help you. I truly wish my family didnt need their help but unfortunately we do at the moment and it seems like they just aren't interested in providing it.

Went into the office 2x this week though it was time consuming it was such a pleasure dealing with Zully Pina. Her communication with English and Spanish speaking clients was amazing. The place runs so much more efficiently when she is in office.

I’ve been having a horrible time getting ahold of someone about my renewal. When I finally do get a call back after two months of my benefits being shut off because no one can do a renewal, I’m hung up on and when called immediately back they do not pick up. I’m beyond frustrated and wish I didn’t NEED services.
