Rude and not helpful at all.

I had a problem with the information on my birth certificate – the birth date on a certified copy was different from what I had always known as my birthday. I called the clerk's office and the gentleman who answered listened to my situation, put me on a brief hold, and personally checked the dates on both my short form and long form certificates. It turns out the certified copy was in error. I didn't get his name, but five stars to him.
