First I would like to say I’m not writing this for any sort of satisfaction or because I am a bitter person. I’m writing this with hopes this police department chooses better employees or at least trains their employees on dealing with the public. I have spoken to multiple people from this facility and each person was extremely rude and unprofessional (except Amy she was professional and kind). Every single person rushed me off the phone and was not willing to assist me in the slightest. (Specifically the town clerks office) They acted as if they were above me and could not be bothered with handling a simple phone call. Not only were they rude to me but when my boyfriend called he was treated like garbage and they practically told him it was not their problem to deal with. I completely understand how the public can be & how frustrating your job can get (I am a healthcare worker) but if someone is treating you kindly and respecting you there should be no reason to behave that way. It also makes me upset that these people are representing the police force and town. This is the face of the town and for them to treat others this way is unacceptable. Coming from a police force family I would be ashamed if someone represented my family member in such a negative light especially in this day in age with all the negative outlook on the men in blue. Horrible experience. Please take this peace of advice before your department faces bigger consequences from someone who might not be as understanding.

Bethany Town Hall is the site for most town activities. A small town only needs one large room, and this one is great.
