Nice, new facility. Pretty busy most all times of day with a 5-10 person line ahead of you. Prepare to spend at least an hour here for license renewal, tabs, plates, birth/death certificate

I couldn't believe how fast and friendly this experience was. I had my driver's license renewed I think it was 15 minutes tops. The women that helped me was fast and efficient and friendly. Really positive experience.

I've never been to such a bad licensing center. There is some old grey haired lady here that is extremely rude and unprofessional. My husband had to go in two separate times. The first time, she sent him away with the incorrect information. The second time we went in, this lady asked him why he wanted an enhanced license and "do you know the difference between a real ID and an enhanced license". She is very condescending and rude. Highly recommend going to the Saint Peter DMV instead.
