The worst and longest wait ever, along with bad attitudes, I will never go back.

A sorry place we went to get my daughter card at around 4pm and they didn’t even open the door or pick up the phone. The covid has these people pretending to be scared

The service sucks. The workers are rude with horrible attitudes. The wait to see a nurse or who ever is way too long . And when you call at their scheduled open hours at 8am you cannot make an appointment. Like it's my fault you came to work late and have not got your computers up and running.

This is the WORST health department in the state!! I made an appointment back in January, was told I couldn't be seen until April, the day of my appointment, I get told it was moved to June. Like no prior warning, no heads up, they just canceled my appointment without my knowledge. I have been trying to be seen since January and y'all can't see me until June?? We are in the middle of nowhere, NO ONE is THAT busy!!

This place has the LONGEST waiting time esp on the phone with phone appointments.. I've had to sit on hold for 3+ hours for WIC. It's like they make you wait all day on purpose bc they don't want to answer your call...will even hang up the line after so long and you have to call back just to sit on hold for hours longer. Everything was fine until they made the system automated instead of being able to talk to a real person. Ain't no way they're that busy. I'm calling to handle my business not to wait on hold all day to speak to an agent.... Soooo glad this is my last year dealing with them about WIC. I do not recommend this to anybody this is ridiculous!!!!!!!!🤨
