Very slow wouldn't give one star if I don't have to. Have a oppointment an hour later still not been seen. All they care about is there time not anyone's else's time.

Tried to call to get even the tiniest estimate on a regular checkup. I get that it varies depending on ur income and household but I only wanted to know like, "under $100" or something. She just kept repeating "it depends" Thanks.

Every time I go in the front desk lady is hateful. Today I've called 7 times to change my sons shots appointment and either get put on hold for 10 minutes and then told to call back in 30 minutes. (Which I've done 4-5 times now) Or they don't bother to even answer the phone.

I only gave them 2 stars because they did in fact work me in as quickly as possible. But, while there my nurse made me feel less than human, questioning every answer I gave, after having already answered the same questions multiple times before. The wait at this unit is ridiculous! From the wait for the appointment itself to the wait upon arrival. If you're close to another county, go to the smaller county's unit! I'll never go back to the boone county unit. The Newton county unit made me feel FAR more comfortable and seen.
