The WIC office here is awful. The receptionists have been there forever and act like they hate every minute of it. They are just so rude and hateful for literally no reason. They act like doing their literal jobs is just such a huge inconvenience for them. The office needs to get them some customer service lessons or just get new employees and be done with it.
