I went there for the obgyn section and i wentvin with them knowing I have insurance that I got on my own they tried to lie and force me to sign a paper that would make me responsible to pay them $1900! When I didn't they waited until 2 days before my appointment that I had to wait 3 weeks for to cancel it with no given reason!! Horrible people and no care at all. It's just sick that these are the people we trust with our care. Just disgusting!

I have had to come here for a rabies vaccine 6 days. The women that work here have all been so positive and extremely helpful. Especially for an experience no one want to have to go through I give the staff here 5 stars and have appreciated there help so much! Highly recommend this location.

Very nice staff but unreasonable schedule. Had to leave work early to get here, then try to follow the bleak signage to even find the right building or office only to arrive two minutes too late at 4:32pm. Asked if I could submit my request, pay now and just come by to pick it up tomorrow and they said no but they could mail it to me for $2. Why this even had to be done in person when you have a child born is ridiculous, it should be automatic at the time of birth and the first copy should be free mailed to the parents address. Another bureaucratic system that will never improve because there is no leverage to make it improve.

If I could give a Zero I sure would. Why even bother making an appointment if you are going to sit here for 3 hours cause they don’t have enough Doctors/Providers on handle. They made me an appointment for 7:45 AM. However, they don’t even technically open till 8 AM. I was here on time did all the paperwork there was only one person in front of me and one young girl after me got here at 7:45 AM it is 11:00 AM now and I am still sitting in the doctors room waiting for a doctor to come in and see me, and it seems like nobody here knows the left or the right the staff is actually great. The facility is super clean very poor communication lack of consideration for other peoples time and definitely don’t see their patients in the order that they came in or in the order that their appointment is either . Terrible service
