I saw a video how a employee named Susan Francis treat people. She was very rude and need to go right away. Susan said she is the boss of everyone and have control over the whole town. Sorry the people of town pay you and should have the town's best interested. Good news it sounds like she is retired soon. The rest of employees seem ok. However, someone like her just always has their nasty behavior affect the town so much it just like a big dark clouds over the town. Someone so nasty and bad so never work in her position.
