Some of the best service I have received from a government agency. A very long story short but the awful people that work in the gallatin county treasure's office messed up our custom plates, blamed us and then refused to help. I wound up calling the MT Treasurer at the time for her to intervene. Well the issue with the plate followed me out of Gallatin county and our 5 year replacement plates were sent as the wrong plates again. The wonderful employees here took their time to listen to my complicated and unusual problem and solve it for me. They were very friendly and patient the whole time. I am so happy that I live in Broadwater county and this wonderful staff is the group of folks that will be taking care of me going forward.
