Building is old of course. The main address is not the entrance and you have to walk around the building to enter. There is a ramp for strollers and wheelchairs. Small 3 to 4 person elevator on the inside.

Whoever was in charge of snow plowing/removal should be ashamed of themselves, we pay all these taxes for the roads and sidewalks to look like SHIT, DO BETTER !

Taking a left turn from West st. to Torrey (picture) is very risky and moves very slow. There should be an arrow green signal that prioritizes this turn for at least 1/2 a minute before full green. We are now waiting for all the incoming cars from north West st. to stop then hardly one or two cars take the left turn when the lights are yellow or even RED. This needs an urgent solution!

The whole building is nearly empty when you walk in there’s absolutely no one to help guide you; so you’re completely confused for the first several minutes. Then, when you finally do find people they will blatantly ignore you. And then, finally when you’re able to seek some guidance, Your led to more Incompetence. I went there to get something notarized. Diane The person notarizing had absolutely no clue what she was doing Notarizing the document, and then after notarizing she tells me that they only take cash. Which personally I just feel like that’s something you lead with. So granted, it could’ve been worse, but it also could’ve been a lot better.

Just had the Utilities Department stop and checked the line from our house to prevent maintenance for any tree roots and was told no issues. These workers are efficient and professional with smiles. Thank you from a happy Brockton homeowner.
