They live up to their reputation of being incredibly dismissive and disrespectful. Who runs this building ?     Sharron and the entire team at Human Resources are very dismissive and rude. I spoke with Sharon over email for rental assistance. I never even got to fill out an application. She denied me three times just me explaining my situation verbally and how much money I make. I was denied because I didn’t make enough money which is bizarre considering people who need assistance like rental assistance, wouldn’t need it if they made enough money i’m honestly chucking it up to being a minority in a predominantly non-minority county. then I go into the office just to ask questions about the rental assistance and the lady just shook her head no and said “we don’t have any funding for that here” I said well that’s weird because I spoke with somebody here who does it then she mentioned Sharon‘s name and asked if I wanted her card. why wouldn’t you start off with that instead of just denying shaking your head saying “we don’t do that here” very frustrating when you just need help and the people who are working for the man to help you are judgmental and bias and dismissive .
