The lady on the phone was extremely rude and difficult when I asked her a simple question. I never got the answer and I am extremely angry. Fire her!

Picked up a birth certificate here, in and out in less than 10 minutes! Birth certificates are on the second floor, office 260. There is also an entrance (and street side parking) on Adams Street for anyone to use.

The office is nice and the staff is helpful as much as they possibly can be, they give no legal advice as to how to perform conveyances etc which is understandable. The only thing I don't like is their Friday business hours, since 2024 they only do walk-in conveyances from 7:30 am - 10:30 am on Fridays. I hope they change this in the future to add more time.
