It is 2023, I should not be calling to find out what my options are... If a phone number is there, I should be able to pay using that phone number and certainly not be told I cannot pay. All of the information to pay should be in the pamphlet that the officer gave me since it certainly feels like you are making this confusing just to try to make people screw up. Backwards water for-profit court system in a two-lane bottleneck of a highway county. Oh, but you have a state park. Cool.
