I can not say enough good things about Sarah!! The sheriff's office and Brownwood ER failed to follow rabies protocol!! Sarah helped in every way possible to get my shots on track, get me the information for submitting the animal to the lab in Austin, informing me of the proper protocol. She made numerous phone calls and helped me so much!! I am forever thankful for her and all of her knowledge! Thank you Sarah!

Never had a problem until trying to find hours of operation. Seems something important when we have to make an appointment for anything.

Great experience! Returning from out of town where we were exposed to covid and showing symptoms. Called for appt and we were able to drive straight there. The lady that did our test couldn't have been nicer!

Called about the people next door dumping human waste on my property, but Lisa, did not get her last name; she is a supervisor... right. She thinks that these people should have the right to dump all the human waste they want to onto my property. I pleaded and asked her to come out and look so she hung up on me. This is your health department at work. They need their paperwork so they can get that check in the bank. People dumping human waste into lake Brownwood should not be worried about.
