Very very safe as far as required masks, clean, and well marked for voting! NO lines!! The ladies running the election are super friendly and they make sure directions are clear before you begin.

The clerks for Bryan County are as friendly as can be, very efficient and if you're unsure about something they don't mind being helpful and walking you through whatever procedure or process has you stumped! The clerks as well as other courthouse personnel, make sure to always do a great job and even go out of their way at times to help one understand what's going on.

I was driving from Florida back home to Augusta and drove through this county on a Sunday afternoon. Three different speed traps were set up on the main highway and many people were speeding this afternoon. I got pulled over by officer John Meacham III and he gave me an arbitrary number which was “proven by the radar” followed by a $200 ticket plus service fee. I know Covid has been rough on everyone so I hope you all make the most of it. Of course no one is going to show up to a court date hours away from where they’re from just for the possibility of decreasing the fee. Just felt like posting this since I was one of the unfortunate people who got singled out while on the road.

Drove over an hour to be here and wont let you enter even with nice shoes. Noone lets you know what the dress code is or anything. People come dressed in their literal pajamas or sports gear but I cant enter with nice shoes on because you can see my socks a little. I cant to wear shoes that were 6 sizes too big for me that could have caused me to get injured..An absolute joke

Called regarding a citation and was told "we don't babysit grown people honey" and "how old are you, you should know this." When I asked not to be called honey, I was mocked. When I asked follow-up questions about my own case, I was threatened with being marked as confrontational. I resolved the citation, but the experience was unnecessarily hostile for a public-facing office. Citizens deserve professional treatment when navigating legal matters.
