I called Monday Oct 30 to make an appointment I was given Nov 7 at 9 am which was the “earliest” appointment they could give me. Although They did not have the BC I wanted I went ahead & verbally confirmed that this was the date/time and promptly wrote it down & stored it in my phone calendar. Fast forward to Today (Day of the appointment) I came in approx 15 minutes early to ensure I would be seen on time pulled a number off the wall and was told to have a seat. After waiting for my number to be called I was called up to a window where I then had to loudly give my personal information (ie. Name address birthday and phone number insurance) which normally a drs office would have you write down so people don’t collect your info. I was then told to have a seat and wait. When a second woman told me to come to a window and proceeded to tell me that my appointment was for the previous day (Nov 6) and they couldn’t see me today and I couldn’t be seen again until the 1st and I asked again and she said no I meant the 23... Now here’s where I get lost why did it take an hour+ & two separate people to tell me that I missed my supposed appointment??? I should have been notified immediately. I received no confirmation text,email, call nothing stating that I appointment was for the 6th. Then they have the nerve to ask me if I wanted a work excuse... is your work excuse going to give me the money that I missed out on coming to this appointment or is it going to give me my prescription for the birth control I needed a week and a half ago? This place is completely unorganized and unprofessional in fact it’s a joke. Please do not go here if you take your health seriously because they obviously only show up for the check.

I called with a scheduling question. The receptionist was not helpful at all. She told me that they close at 2, and that she really didn't know how to help me, as her supervisor was out of the office. (It was noon.) No offer to take a message or anything. Before I could respond she hung up. No "Have a nice day!" or anything. Just a click and busy signal. I tried to call back and got a message. No option to leave a message or to transfer over.

The young lady that works at the small window is wonderful! She answers the phone every time I've called (08/2018) and is so pleasant on the phone and in person! I've dealt with a few other ladies there the past few years and 2 different doctors and NEVER had a problem! Wait times are long to get seen, but I understand with limited space and staff, you can do so much. Thank you ladies!

We had a great experience! My husband and I just moved to Hinesville, so we didn’t have a pediatrician or insurance yet! Our daughter was due for her next immunizations. The staff was extremely nice and walked us through everything. Honestly, they explained each vaccination better than my daughter’s previous pediatrician. They gave us information about each one. They were so gentle with our daughter! It was a fast and easy process. We highly recommend!

Imma give it a 3 cause they were eventually helpful, the struggle was real at first. But they were better than they weren’t. The young nurse who gave me my vaccines was very nice and informative. She made sure she caught me up to everything. They were nice, no wait. But I was a little pissed cause they cancelled my appointment and never called and told me. But once there I was good. They couldn’t put my BC in because they scheduled me wrong and they said the lady who did it wouldnt have enough time to give me more.
