I would actually give NO STAR!!! Never had I received “ such poor customer service”…. Each time when we walk in NOT one person lifts their head to say “will be with you in a moment”. Common courtesy! The person in the first window is consistent with poor customer service. Manager needs some coaching, so her staff can represent Carroll County Clerks office properly. 8/4/2021. As I am not interested in editing my last review…. Since that is the experience we had. However, would like to give the Carroll County Clerks Office 4 stars currently. Visited the Clerk office week of 8/1/21. The manager assisted us the first time and was EXTREMELY helpful & professional. We had to come back & the young women at the first window upon entering “Mandy” assisted us. Must say Mandy was professional & said thank you with a smile. With this said, personally wanted to recognize the customer service we received. Much appreciated…. Customer Service is important to recognized when received.! Thank you for your hard work & dedication to customer service.
