I’ve been very pleased every time I’ve been able to utilize the PT services at Cass Health. Ai gained strength and pain relief, learned exercises I can continue to maintain with at home and just as important, learned ways of better using my body in daily life activities.

Do not come here. On February 27, 2026, I brought my wife to this ER after three weeks of ongoing bleeding and severe radiating pain. We were dismissed, repeatedly questioned about why we didn’t go to a primary doctor an hour away, and told nausea medication would be administered and tests would be done. Nothing was done. She was left in pain with no treatment, no evaluation, and no communication. After about 90 minutes, we left because it was clear no real care was coming. At a reputable hospital (Myrtue in Harlan) she was diagnosed with an ectopic pregnancy and rushed into emergency surgery, she had over a liter of blood leaking out internally. We were told it very well could have been fatal. A life-threatening condition was not recognized or addressed here by the emergency room staff. Symptoms like these require immediate evaluation. The lack of even the most basic medical screening raises serious concerns about how this ER handles actual emergencies. The difference in care between facilities was night and day. Myrtue took it seriously. This one did not. To add insult to injury, on our way out the nurses, who were sat in a semicircle chatting and presumably buffing their nails, asked us where we were going after being ignored for so long. Had we stayed, the outcome could have been catastrophic. I understand that we all have bad days, but the blatant disregard for other's wellbeing disgraces all in your professional field, and would have killed my wife. As a new resident of this state and town, I am truly embarrassed that this bandaid application station is my closest lifeline to a "medical professional". Should any emergencies happen to you or your family, please brave any incliment weather and commit to the drive elsewhere to avoid this place at all costs or just stay at home.

Every time we bring our kid here the staff treats me like a second class citizen. They will c9npletely ignore me and ask my wife questions even after she tells them to ask me. I'm disappointed and saddened that a father gets treated like this. Despite this whole incident, I will Shout out to the ER admin lady that helped getting me Shouldn't have had to Talent k a 4th person but she was amazing and deserves recognition.

Wonderful Dr. and Lacey is her wonderful and knowledgeable nurse. Hate to see my Dr. leave. You definitely should have offered her more money to stay!! 🤔😠 That’s 3 of my Drs. that have left. What’s the problem here, and I do mean…HERE!!!

Amazing staff. Ask for the attendance policy before you show up five minutes early to your appointment, only to wait an additional hour to be seen. You must dedicate an entire afternoon if you would like to be helped, here.
