Terrible experience with register of deeds in Caswell county. they barley answered the phone! I have had multiple miss communications on there end , false information being told to me one thing on the phone but when I got up there another storyline being told .very unprofessional very inconsiderate of other people's opinions and time, missing paperwork on they behalf then it magically appeared after I called multiple times and validated that they indeed did receive the paperwork ,made me come up there multiple times just to tell me I've wasted my time and could not proceed with moving forward with the services all because they could not do their job correctly and was unorganized and in the end would not serve me because Ive voiced my concerns and ask them to do their job correctly. All this because they cannot take accountability for the fact that they was in the wrong and instead of finding a solution to the problem that they caused on their behalf. They made it so I couldn't come back.. I would not recommend anybody going here unless you absolutely have to I have filed a complaint and grievance and they basically said it's nothing they can do even though I told them you have monitored and recorded phone calls and video footag to go look at to validate my experience and how I was treated poorly and unfairly all because they had a little power they felt like they could belittle people..
