What a waste of time. These people act as if they're so busy when we know they are so not. And I know the people that work there and no offense to them, but they're just like the rest of the group that all preside in that building. And it's a joke and waste of the taxpayers money! A big ol boo f+

I go to various clerks' offices weekly for research. The ladies in Catahoula are always friendly and helpful, and several parishes don't have that. The information is well organized and I usually have no problem finding what I need. In the event I do ask for help I always get it in a timely and friendly manner.

In the halls of the courthouse are the remains of the Catahoula Natural Museum. There are displays of the Indians who once lived in the area, as well as from the nearby remains of Fort Beauregard. There are a dozen or so cabinets displaying items in the hallway.
