The woman that waited on my daughter today was very disrespectful. She was plain rude and was slamming things down on the counter. All we came to do was reschedule an appointment and got all of that. To top it all she claims that we never had an appointment when I have the paperwork that stated we did. Do your job right. She doesn't need to be there if she don't like her job.
