We cannot get them to answer their phones or respond to our emails. My family is trying to get our business running, we have been trying to contact them for months to obtain food permits and they refuse to respond. The few times we were able to get any form of contact they were dismissive and belittling. Now we are facing not having our business running in time to stay afloat.

Tried to go to WIC here, decided it's best to stay at the one in Wenatchee. Ladies before the counter were really awesome even got the door for me carrying my infant in her seat. Lady at the front desk was rude and not helpful at all even a bit judgy. Not something I expected to deal with at an agency that helps single moms.. Update.. Called again for a different matter and lady was rude and hangs up on me. If your workers are so unhappy can you rehire people who actually help? Its not that hard to be kind when you work with people

Worst people ever!!!! They had ten mins till closing and told me "to bad" and locked the doors in front of me. I drove an hour 1/2 to get paper work. Instead of helping me they turned me down. This is by far the most disgusting way you could treat a human.
