Don't come here for std testing/ treatment because you will be denied and embarrassed

They are always extremely nice. Shots never hurt. And everything is explained to me in the best way possible every time I have a question. They give out so much free health care items. Like birth control, and packet and gum for smokers that want to quit

It works for what you’re going for, but service wise is their downfall. The woman at the desk is rude and uncooperative, while the doctor isn’t very welcoming either. Walk-ins are welcome, but it’s best to make an appointment as both times I’ve gone for a walk-in they wouldn’t let me be seen. The older nurse is the nicest one there and makes the experience better. However, if it wasn’t for me needing to come here to get what I need, then I wouldn’t come here at all.

I was turned away from my appointment today because I had my 8 year old son with me. They told me i could reschedule for next week, but I used the last bit of my PTO I had today to go down there to get my IUD replaced. Now I will be stuck with an expired IUD inside of me until I can be seen by another clinic 🥲 very disappointed in how they handled this. Definitely will not be going back.
