Tried twice to go in and see the new OB wing they keep hyping. Was told the first time the OB director wasn't in and I'd get a call back in a few days... was almost a month later, wasnt able to answer and it went to VM. I called back later and was told the OB director was in a meeting and she'd get back with me, if not same day, in a few days. This was OVER a month ago. Still haven't heard from her.

I went to the ER with the flu one night. Before doing any blood tests, before a Covid and influenza test, the doctor immediately ordered a CT scan. Just a CT scan nothing else. When I told the doctor “maybe we could do some smaller tests before the $4500 Ct scan” (yes, they charge $4,500 for a ct scan) the doctor replied “you can certainly leave. I’m not treating you if you don’t do the CT scan you can just leave.” So after going $4,500 in debt for a CT scan the doctor comes back. “CT came back fine you can leave we are signing you out.” No bloodwork before saying yes to the CT scan, no influenza or Covid test at all the entire time I was there and I was short of breath. I called the ER manager to ask about their “do a CT scan or leave untreated” policy. They refuse to answer or return my calls. Before this night in the ER; I was in their ER a month prior and they had already done two CT scans just a month prior for this same issue. 3 CT scans later and I still felt untreated when I left. I’ve been to every hospital in the area, and this one will do the least for you. They want top dollar with minimal effort. Every other hospital I’ve been to reserves CT scans for when other scans don’t show anything. This hospital jumps straight to it and will force you to leave if you refuse to do their $4500 scan first thing. If legal action is applicable in this situation, if you’re a lawyer I’ll pay you to get the ball rolling. Just message me
