I went 3 times to the window and every time I went for help I was given wrong information, the woman wouldn’t help me at all when I asked for it, and the information she gave me wasn’t based off any facts because she never went and looked anything up on the computer. She just kept saying generic things that apparently didn’t even apply to me and ended up making things 10x more complicated than they needed to be.If I had just spoken to the supervisor the first time I went to the clerks office I would have had my problem resolved, instead this woman made me run around in circles when all she had to do was talk to her boss. Poorly coordinated, no communication, only talk to the supervisor if you actually want results.

Make sure you come with all your paperwork. If you’ve been married more than once; you will need either your marriage certificate or divorce decree! I didn’t get to get my license because I didn’t have that. So I thought I would share my knowledge.
